Karate - 5-9 years
Our 5-9 year Karate program has been designed to help young children develop co-ordination, motivation, discipline, fitness and self control in a fun environment.
Karate - 15+ years
Age is no barrier to becoming a black belt in Karate. The journey can be started at any age and skill level. Get fit, tone up and lose weight whilst learning new skills and techniques. Learn decisive street smart self defence and enjoy training in an atmosphere of camaraderie, enthusiasm and without judgment.
Kids Muay Thai
Our children’s Muay Thai classes are high energy, fun filled classes where children learn to use the art of 8 limbs – kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Muay Thai fosters a whole range of skills that stand children in great steed at school including, discipline and self-control, respect, fitness, improved focus and confidence, learn social skills and develop friendships. For 6-11 years.
Karate - 10-14 years
Our 10-14 year Karate program has been designed to help youth develop new skills and plenty of fitness. Students will learn goal setting, self confidence and skills to deal with bullying situations.
Okinawan Weapons
Learn how to use Traditional Okinawan Weapons such as Bo, Sai, Tonfa, Nunchaku, Kama, Eku, Kuwa, Tinbe and Sansetsukon. Weapons training has many benefits. Weapons training offers excellent skill development at an accelerated pace. Regular practice will help develop muscle strength, co-ordination and improve your reaction skills and timing.
Senior Muay Thai
Our Senior Muay Thai classes cater to a wide range of skill levels.
Beginner
Beginner Muay Thai students are taught the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai using the 8 limbs, punches, kicks, knees and elbows. They also learn basic head defence, leg checking along with striking combinations. These skills are practiced through pad work with partners and bag work.
Intermediate
At this level sparring and grappling are also introduced along with an increase in cardo fitness.
Advanced
This is level is designed for those students who want to test themselves by stepping into the ring for competition. Increased skills, sparring and fitness are of focus.
